Balithuba (East) No. 2 North is a culturally based and non-communal union based on the Dakatia river on the north. 2 Ballythuba (East) Union Parishad Complex Building was inaugurated on 29/04/2005, but the activities of the Union Parishad started on ....... So, it started a long tradition as Bahari Union Parishad, but now it is working to reach the doorstep of the people as development centers and services as an administrative center for the exchange of Digital Bangladesh.
